FR | Nous sommes Letz Coffee, torréfacteur artisanal luxembourgeois, créateur des marques Roude Leiw Kaffi, Letz Coffee et distributeur officiel de Harney & Sons. Nous proposons des cafés et thés haut de gamme à une clientèle professionnelle et exigeante. Nous recherchons une personne polyvalente, motivée et prête à apprendre pour un contrat d’insertion ou de réinsertion professionnelle, afin de l’accompagner et la former à plusieurs postes clés de l’entreprise.

EN | We are Letz Coffee, a Luxembourg-based artisanal coffee roaster, creators of the brand Roude Leiw Kaffi, Letz Coffee and official distributor of Harney & Sons. We provide high-quality coffee and tea to a demanding professional clientele. We are looking for a versatile, motivated, and eager-to-learn individual for an insertion or reintegration contract, to support and train them in several key roles within the company.

Missions principales / Main responsibilities

FR | - Apprentissage du métier de torréfacteur artisanal
- Préparation et livraison des commandes (véhicule fourni)
- Suivi et entretien de machines à café et distributeurs automatiques
- Contact commercial : relation client, prise de commandes, suivi
- Achats et logistique:

- Suivi des stocks (café vert, thé, emballages, consommables)
- Achats de packaging et gestion des besoins
- Participation à la production et à la vie quotidienne de l’atelier

EN | - Learn the craft of artisanal coffee roasting
- Prepare and deliver orders (vehicle provided)
- Monitor and maintain coffee machines and vending equipment
- Sales contact: customer relations, order taking, follow-up
- Purchasing and logistics:

- Stock monitoring (green coffee, tea, packaging, supplies)
- Packaging purchases and stock planning
- Participate in production and daily operations at the workshop

Profil recherché / Profile sought

FR | - Être obligatoirement inscrit comme demandeur d’emploi à l’ADEM au Luxembourg
- Fiable, motivé(e), curieux(se), polyvalent(e)
- À l’aise avec le contact client et le travail manuel
- Permis B obligatoire

EN | - Must be registered as a jobseeker with ADEM in Luxembourg
- Reliable, motivated, curious, and flexible
- Comfortable with customer contact and manual tasks
- Driving license (category B) required
