**The Role and Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring accurate payments preparation on behalf of clients of Apex Group.
- Ensuring the filing and keeping the clients folders updated.
- Responsible for internal signatures collection.
- Reviewing and following up on bank statements.
- Supporting in various requests from the Client and Internal Teams.
- Ensuring payment transactions are prepared diligently in accordance with internal procedures and AML regulations in place.
- Liaising with Internal Teams of Apex Group.
- Assisting on the coordination with banks (online access, execution of payments, any issues on the execution of payments, ensure that bank account has sufficient balance to cover the payments, keeping our records updated).
- Performing in accordance with the company's internal procedures and policies.

**Skills Required**:

- Future Bachelor or Masters’ degree in economics, business administration, Finance or similar.
- Some experience in payment transaction processing is an asset.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office products, further system knowledge e.g. SWIFT, treasury platforms, etc. would be an asset.
- Ability to set priorities, be organised.
- Fluency in English is mandatory and additional languages of French and/or German is an asset.
