**Aufgaben**
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Motivierung und Entwicklung eines Teams von zwei Mitarbeitern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung VWLFS sowie des Supervisor Sales und Operations
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Akteure im Umfeld des Back Office (Kunden, Händler, Verkäufer, Kollegen, usw.), insbesondere bei Sondersachverhalten
- Verantwortung für und Unterstützung im Bereich Collections sowie Accounting und Controlling
- Auswertung und Analyse der wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren sowie Ableitung und Weiterverfolgung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Initiierung und Durchführung von Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Effektivität und Automatisierung im eigenen Bereich
- Koordination von Projekten gemeinsam mit den Shareholdern VWLFS und / oder Losch

**Profil**
- Abgeschlossener Bachelor
- bzw. Masterabschluss mit mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im administrativen Bereich, vorzugsweise mit Führungsverantwortung eines Teams
- Eigenständige, organisierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und mit positiver Ausstrahlung
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Erfahrung im Lösen von Konflikten zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache; Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen und französischen Sprache sind von Vorteil

**Tâches**

**Profil**
- Diplôme de licence ou de master avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine administratif, de préférence avec responsabilité de gestion d'une équipe.
- Méthode de travail autonome, organisée et orientée vers les objectifs
- Excellente aptitude à travailler en équipe et à communiquer, capacité à s'imposer et attitude positif.
- Grande flexibilité et résistance au stress
- Forte orientation client et expérience dans la résolution de conflits pour garantir la satisfaction du client
- Très bonne connaissance de l'allemand et de l’anglais ; la connaissance du luxembourgeois et du français est un avantage.
