This function is key in providing management necessary steering-tools on price instructions by clearly identifying general trends and exceptions.
Accuracy & reliability of the reports is crucial, as they often serve as support for taking important decisions with financial repercussions.
Play a key role in the continued development of deliverables including reporting, pricing and planning process by partnership with the other commercial teams and sales agencies
**Responsibilities**:
- Create ad-hoc reports on price related topics for management across the company as well as dedicated audits (task can go from data collection and analyses to synthesis and presentation of the report)
- Support the dynamic pricing process with price instruction loading in the dedicated UI, control over defined business rules, etc.
- Support commercial teams on topics such as yearly rebate plan definition, sales contract structure analysis, competition gap follow-up
- Support the sales agencies by providing additional explanation when needed regarding the offer and order workflows
- Develop and monitor sales-related KPIs and visualizations (linked to offers, orders and deliveries).
- Further, develop and maintain on indexes and market prices follow up
**Requirements**:
- Master degree in Business/Finance
- English level: Advanced
Demonstrated Competencies to be Successful in the Position:
- Precision and attention to details
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in an international environment, managing a network of contacts in agencies across Europe
Other Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tableau Desktop
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Must be detail oriented, take ownership of work quality, and display an outstanding work ethic
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, be available and flexible
- Be able to work under pressure, and be a good team player
- Must have the ability and desire to meet required timelines
