**Your role**
- Are you well-organized and detail-oriented? Do you have a high client service orientation and risk awareness? We’re looking for someone who is ready to perform the following tasks:
- Alternative Investments Specialist
- monitor and process pending items, correcting discrepancies during daily workflow
- process client transactions and capital call notices related to Alternative target investments such as Private Equity & Real Estate acquisition & disposals
- perform investment related incoming cash transactions
- review and understand legal documentation to keep record & verify ownership of target assets
- act as point of contact between UBS front unit staff with regards to Alternative Investments, Depositary Bank Control as well as PE/RE clients
- launch investigations, prepare documents, provide information, and compose correspondence with stakeholders,
- identify and resolve technical and settlement issues with reconciliation tool
- interact with client relationship teams and other front and middle office teams

- You’ll be working in the Client Support Organization in Luxembourg. As a Transactions Specialist, you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey. **Your expertise**
- financial services experience, ideally within an alternative assets and funds team
- unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
- team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
- works with absolute discretion and with the adaptability to changing demands
- good communication skills, negotiating abilities, self-motivation
- entrepreneurial thinking and action with adequate social competences fluent in English, every other language will be an added value
