Job Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Luxembourg

**Salary**: €115,000 per annum

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are aligned with the company's objectives
- Manage the procurement team and oversee the procurement process from sourcing to delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective pricing and favorable terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement processes are aligned with business requirements and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and ensure that all contractual obligations are met
- Develop and implement best practices in procurement processes, systems, and policies
- Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and driving operational efficiency through procurement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and French
