We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong technical background who is excited to join a tech company that is constantly improving and reimagining the logistics industry. In this role, you will design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, support and publish in-depth data interpretation to support the running of the operations and the decision-making of business strategies. Additionally you will lead data analysis projects with the goal to automate processes and improve the quality of decisions made by Finance and other stakeholders. Furthermore, you will lead business case analyses and cost out initiatives.

As part of the Customer Fulfillment Finance team, you will join a team that is passionate about numbers, data, and how to use them to generate insights and improve our business. We collaborate with our partners to ensure leaders have the most up to date and reliable information, and work with them to make sure we are making the best possible decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Maintain Customer Fulfillment metrics and data to identify cost out opportunities by linking up operations and financials
- Communicates data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner. Your communications drive critical business actions.
- Earn trust of your business partners to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions driving business improvements and cost reductions
- Identifies risks, evaluates impact, proposes changes, and implements improvements to remediate gaps as well as understands the details of the cost structure to make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where data may be difficult to procure.
- Hire, develop and mentor peers and team members, while promoting knowledge-sharing

- Strong programming skills, with experience in data extraction (SQL), and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Experience in data pipelining and statistical modeling
- Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling concept and building new data tables
- Demonstrated business acumen while influencing and managing cross-functional relationships
- Manage and prioritize workload and work towards multiple deadlines
- Passion for diving into the vast and complex details of operational and cost measurements
- Advanced understanding of best practice analysis, programming and visualization techniques.
