Manage the recruitment of technical, maintenance, engineering, process, accounting and executive profiles
- Source the best profiles, contact them and conduct a preliminary telephone interview
- Organise on-site interviews with the various parties involved
- Support in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Human Resources department
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years' professional experience in a similar role.
- Dynamic and proactive approach and ability to work effectively on several profile searches.
- Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
- Organisational, prioritisation, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Positive and cooperative attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and French essential. Knowledge of German is an asset.
- CDD in first step with possibility of CDI on the future
- Industrial environment
