Sales Controller

Control invoicing process and perform reconciliations of cash collected versus expectations, liaising with invoicing and sales to resolve discrepancies
- Provide timely and accurate accruals in regard of sales revenue, creating and posting of journals as required
- Prepare sales assumptions for the monthly forecasting, yearly budget, and strategic planning
- Analyze deviations versus sales forecast and budget
- Create and maintain mid to long term capacity usage measurement tools for the main equipment liaising with sales and production teams
- Supervise the customer funded tooling revenue and spendings
- Assist in the production of monthly financial statements and reporting
- Perform business opportunities analysis and studies in collaboration with other departments
- Report directly to Finance Manager
- Fluent in English; French and German are considered as an asset
- Degree in accounting, controlling or business
- 3-5 years of experience with accounting & reporting or sales controlling in a business-to-business environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Great attention to detail
- Flexible, autonomous, self-motivated and team player
- Like to work with numbers and figures
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
