Notre bureau d'ingénieurs-conseils est à la recherche d'un **AI-Manager** talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique au Luxembourg. Nous sommes spécialisés dans la fourniture de solutions innovantes et durables pour des projets d'ingénierie complexes. En tant que leader du marché, nous recherchons constamment des moyens d'améliorer nos processus et de rester à la pointe de la technologie.
**Vos missions**
En tant qu'**AI-Manager**, vous serez chargé de concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions basées sur l'intelligence artificielle pour optimiser nos processus opérationnels. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie et de gestion pour identifier les opportunités d'automatisation et d'optimisation, en utilisant des techniques d'intelligence artificielle. Vous devez:
- Évaluer les processus existants et identifier les domaines où l'intelligence artificielle peut être utilisée pour améliorer l'efficacité et la productivité.
- Concevoir et développer des modèles d'apprentissage automatique pour l'analyse de données, la prévision de tendances et la prise de décisions.
- Déployer des solutions d'intelligence artificielle à grande échelle et assurer leur intégration transparente dans les workflows existants.
- Collaborer avec les équipes multidisciplinaires pour recueillir des données pertinentes et assurer la qualité des données pour l'entraînement des modèles.
- Surveiller et évaluer les performances des modèles d'intelligence artificielle, en ajustant et en optimisant régulièrement pour garantir des résultats précis et fiables.
- Rester à l'affût des avancées technologiques dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle et proposer des initiatives innovantes pour maintenir notre avantage concurrentiel.
**Votre profil**
- Vous détenez un diplôme universitaire en informatique, en science des données, en génie logiciel ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Vous disposez d’une expérience avérée dans le développement et le déploiement de solutions d'intelligence artificielle, de préférence dans un environnement industriel ou technique.
- Vous avez des connaissances approfondies en techniques d'apprentissage automatiques.
- Vous avec d’excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe, avec la capacité de collaborer efficacement avec des collègues de divers domaines.
**Vos atouts supplémentaires**
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et le français ; la connaissance du luxembourgeois et/ou de l'allemand serait un avantage.
