**| Your challenges?**:
We are seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to join our team. The QA Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing process, ensuring efficient coordination among team members, and effectively reporting testing results to stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of quality assurance practices, and the ability to drive a high level of quality in our software products.
- Lead and manage a team of QA analysts and testers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Oversee the entire testing process, from test planning and case creation to execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and development teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Define test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project objectives and quality goals.
- Ensure effective coordination among team members, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, address challenges, and provide updates on testing efforts.
- Establish and enforce QA best practices and standards across the team.
- Review and approve test documentation, including test cases, test data, and defect reports.
- Execute test cases and participate in testing activities as needed.
- Report testing results and quality metrics to project stakeholders, including defect tracking and resolution progress.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies, incorporating industry best practices.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new QA team members.
**| What do we expect from you?**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Team Lead or QA Manager.
- Strong expertise in quality assurance methodologies, test planning, and test execution.
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of test automation and scripting languages is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance are a plus.
