**Lux-Advisory **is a company specialized in project management and business analysis. Our consultants take part in European or
International projects. To support the increase of our activity, we are currently looking for a **Power BI Consultant.**

**Mission**
Platform. They were already using Tableau as the main dashboarding tool before Microsoft 365 deployment.
The objective of this assignment is to help the assess Tableau against Power BI and estimate the migration effort and support
the IT department's changes regarding Microsoft 365.

The consultant will provide the following services:

- Successfully engage with end-users to understand current Tableau usage, analyze, and document their business needs

and requirements for Power BI
- Assess Power BI fit to the requirements, required licenses and estimate migration effort
- Develop and implement Power BI reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to meet business needs
- Investigate potential solutions and optimizations for Power BI and other related systems in the company
- Identify opportunities for improving data visualization and reporting
- Train and support end-users on how to use Power BI effectively
- Stay up to date with new Power BI releases and features and provide recommendations for improvements

**Deliverables**
- Tableau against Power BI assessment including timeline, effort and optimal platform for the solution
- Discuss requests and complaints with end users
- Find and testing solutions and workarounds
- Follow up on problems and requests for technical support (administrators)
- Advise on how to get the most out of Power BI tools and features
- Perform a monthly review on the new features
- Prepare presentations, SharePoint pages, guides and articles for end user adoption
- Present solutions to business requests Tableau
- Prepare roadmap of requests, prioritized developments, and solutions to roll out

**Skills**
**Technical skills**:

- University Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Power BI
- Strong knowledge of Power BI
- Relevant experience Tableau, Power Automate and Power Apps would be an asset
- Affinity with modern cloud solutions and architecture would be an asset
- Relevant experience in a bank or public institution would be an asset
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
