Do you know that lux-Airport is the operating company of Luxembourg airport, providing direct flight services to 89 destinations and employing 350 people?
- In 2021 and despite the health crisis, we welcomed 1.4 million passengers (compared to 4.4 million passengers in 2019) and we have the ambition to increase this number and continue to develop our activities

In order to achieve this objective and in the context of a replacement for a parental leave, we are looking to hire on a fixed-term contract (14 months) a : Administrative Support Compliance (M/F/x) for our Compliance department.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**_What you will be doing :_**
- Contributing to the efficient operation of the document management system, including the management of the distribution of new or revised documents internally and to our stakeholders.
- Providing support in the preparation (planning, organisation, document comparison), as well as during (reporting, action recording, meeting reports,) the execution of aerodrome inspections/audits to ensure that they meet the required standards.
- Providing support in the provision of documents and evidence for internal and external inspection/audit,
- Participating in the drafting of reports to document deficiencies and following up on the communication of inspection/audit results.
- Ensuring the administrative follow-up of the improvement measures and action plans of the different internal and external stakeholders to ensure a correct view of the compliance status.
- Collecting, collating data and maintaining dashboards for the various internal users.
- Participating in the development of compliance assurance methods and inspection plans
- Supporting administrative tasks related to compliance
- Participating in the integration of new employees

**MUST HAVE**
**REQUIREMENTS**

**_What you will need :_**

**Education / training**:

- Postgraduate degree (Bac +2) or relevant experience in a similar position

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years successful experience in a similar role
- Real-time experience in the quality / compliance domain is preferred

**Languages**:

- English: fluent in speaking and writing
- French : fluent in speaking and writing
