**THE COMPANY**:
Our client is a global investment manager within excess of $100 billion AUM. With over 3000 employees globally they are rapidly expanding their Luxembourg office. They are looking for a Senior AML Officer to join their established team and be given autonomy and responsibility from day one.

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide to staff, as appropriate, an awareness of individual and corporate regulatory requirements and developments affecting the business to strengthen the compliance culture while having regard to business strategy
- Assistance in maintaining a compliance monitoring program and perform compliance controls based on this program
- Conduct initial and ongoing AML due diligence on new and existing clients
- Providing compliance services to the internal departments
- Assist line management in the preparation of appropriate reports to be submitted to the Board.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations through the provision of regulatory advice and support

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- 3-8 years AML/ Compliance experience
- 3-8 years asset management/ wealth management is desirable
- Degree educated
