Au sein du Département Compliance d’ EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD PRIVATE EQUITY LUXEMBOURG, vous assisterez la Conducting Officer responsable de la fonction Compliance dans son rôle de minimisation du risque de blanchiment de capitaux et du financement du terrorisme et de suivi de la réglementation applicable à l’AIFM et aux fonds sous gestion.
ACTIVITES
- Contrôler la qualité et l’exhaustivité de dossiers d’investissement des fonds au regard de la règlementation AML ;
- Contribuer à la maintenance des politiques, procédures et « Risk Based Approches » en fonction de l’évolution de la règlementation et des politiques du Groupe EdR ;
- Contribuer à la réalisation de Due diligences auprès des prestataires/délégataires ;
- Effectuer la veille règlementaire ;
- Réaliser les contrôles présents au plan de contrôle Compliance ;
- Contribuer à la préparation des reportings internes (Conducting Officers, Board, filière compliance du Groupe EdR) et externes (régulateurs) et suivi des échéances réglementaires ;
- Etre un interlocuteur privilégié avec les délégataires et le Groupe Rothschild, pour les sujets AML et Compliance.Participer à la réalisation de projets spécifiques liés à l’activité Compliance,
PROFIL
- Formation type Bac +4/5 en Banque, Economie, ou Droit ;
- Une expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans en Compliance, contrôle interne ou audit, en société de gestion ou en AIFM,
- Expérience dans la réalisation de contrôles AML/KYC ;
- Maîtrise linguistique : Français : bilingue, Anglais : très bon niveau ;
- Bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, autonomie, esprit d’équipe.
