**Job Description**:
Our client, a highly regarded investment manager, is looking for a Junior Risk Analyst with strong IT /data management skills to join their Risk Management Team in Luxembourg.

You will work as part of small team, interacting with various stakeholders in a supportive and collaborative environment.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring risk management policy and procedure is effected correctly, in line with regulatory requirements. Update policy and procedures when required
- Helping to facilitate improvements in process & monitoring; assisting in the automation of relevant metrics/internal controls
- Producing risk reporting MIS for senior management and risk committees
- Developing relationships over various departments and locations; ensuring optimized process, and partaking in various risk related projects
- Master/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking
- Ideally have 2-4 years’ experience in a similar finance/ risk role with IT/automation expertise
- Strong analytical background; excellent knowledge of Excel, with understanding of VBA, SQL or Python advantageous
- Collaborative, curious and with excellent communications
- Fluent English, with another European language considered a plus
- Luxembourg or EU based experience essential
- All applicants must have an existing right to work in Luxembourg
