**About the Role**:
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a **Third-Party Operations (3PO) Industrialization Support**.
3PO Industrialization team is the point of reference for innovation projects that require evaluation of 3rd Parties (i.e. outsourcing/buy) scenario acting as focal point for innovation projects along project finalization and industrialization phases. Its aim is to promote and foster the know-how development on technologies fitting with the 3rd Parties approach.
This role offers the opportunity to get valuable insights into our overall Operations organization and ways of working at both HQ sand in the Regions/Countries while it is a solid springboard for further development within our organization.
**Main Responsibilities**:
As the Third-Party Operations (3PO) Industrialization Support, you will collaborate closely with the 3PO Industrialization Manager on a variety of tasks. Thanks to your **involvement in New Products Industrialization**, you will assist in** evaluating the make-or-buy scenarios, and support innovation projects that require an assessment of third parties**, guiding these projects** from Scouting to Industrialization phases**. Together with the Marketing Presidenza and R&D teams, you will define the key criteria to be applied during the scouting phase.
In this role, you will work with 3PO Area Managers and Third-Party Manufacturers to **define the partners to be engaged for the scouting phase**, and you will **initiate the evaluation of co-design opportunities **based on innovation projects, **establishing feasible** Third-Party Manufacturing **scenarios**. You will also act as a **liaison with Logistics Development and the Area Supply Chain** teams to evaluate logistics flows, considering both current (As Is) and future (To Be) scenarios.
Your role extends to supporting the Region Quality team in **defining production standards for third parties**, collaborating with F. Engineering to detail the technical industrial solutions, and initiating preliminary technical assessments. Additionally, you will** serve as the technical point of contact during the submission of investment requests to the Technical Investment Meeting**. You will also coordinate with Area/Local 3PO and 3PO Procurement teams for contract definitions and confidentiality agreements, while promoting the internal development of expertise on technologies aligned with the third-party approach.
**Who we are looking for**:
With a Degree in Engineering or in a related Production/Supply Chain field, and **8-10 years of experience in Operations management**, you will draw upon your expertise to navigate this role effectively. Your **background in Industrial roles, such as UGP Manager, SSP Manager, or OpDev**, or in **Procurement,** will serve as an asset, helping you to achieve your objectives more efficiently.
