infeurope is looking for **Administrative Support Senior Consultant** with minimum 7 years of experience.

**Start Date: 01/03/2025 - End Date: 31/12/2025. Onsite position.**

**TASKS**

**Software license administration activities**:

- Provide transversal day-to-day operational assistance to support contract and software license management administration activities, in line with the client’s policies, procedures and best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain software license entitlement records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Remediate any identified data inaccuracies or incompleteness to improve trustworthiness and accuracy of data
- Work with stakeholders to collect, verify and maintain data required to remediate gaps
- Identify unused or underutilized software licenses
- Periodically audit software licenses to ensure license counts align with actual usage and provide recommendations for reallocation or remediation.
- Identifying areas for cost optimisation
- Monitoring changes to license terms and conditions and alerting relevant stakeholders
- Provide general assistance in the software license management process whenever necessary
- Provide operational support to the Software License Manager upon request.

**Typical experience**:

- Experience in an administrative support role in the domain of Procurement, Software Asset Management, IT Service Management or other relevant field
- Experience in contract management, reviewing and interpreting software license contracts and understanding of licensing terms.

**Knowledge and competence**:

- Good knowledge of contract management,
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel). Experience with specific information systems such as Flexera, BMC, PeopleSoft Financials, Business Object would be considered an advantage.
