**Main responsibilities
- **Complete accounting treatment of one entity: accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial accounting and reporting.**

Some of the tasks include:

- Reconciliation of payments _
- GL entries (accruals, others ) _
- Preparation of financial statements according to IFRS and Lux GAAP as well as KPI report as per the deadlines given by the Corporate and local law (accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close) _
- Involvement in SOx control deliverables preparation _
- Resolving interco discrepancies _
- Invoice management & Maintaining updated vendor master file- **SOx and audit coordination**
- Statutory audit coordination, approval & filing
- IFRS audit coordination
- SOx and internal audit related deliverables
- Ensuring the controls are in place and the entity is fully compliant
- **Accounting supervision and SAP coordination**

Working together with accounting team /IT/other stakeholders to streamline the process in SAP

BPM is timely upload, controls resolved in the packages

Payment coordination for 50M
- **Local GAAP / QUART / VAT / other taxes / STATEC coordination**

VAT (monthly, yearly...)

Tax coordination with Tax department

Local GAAP and QUARTS resolution for closings

STATEC coordination (both monthly and yearly)
- **Other reports and developments**

Exposure on governmental payments / segment - 28/02 - done

Reports (e.g. SG&A, net result reconciliation, geographical split etc.) are done as per demand, on time and of good quality

**_Key stakeholders of the position: _**
- Liaise with different departments (IT, HR, Back Office) in order to acquire or prepare correct finance information.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Different vendors, treasury team,

Profile of job holder:

- International outlook with advanced English;
- Bachelor in Finance/Master in Finance;
- Interest in Iron Ore Market;
- Proactivity;
- Expertise in IFRS and Lux GAAP & iron ore operations
- Effective and operational knowledge of SAP, BPM and treasury portal.
