**The opportunity**:
You will join the Operations Management Center group (OMC) at the Goodyear Innovation Center in Luxembourg.

Among responsibilities, you will support the development & industrialization of our EMEA Consumer Original Equipment tires by:

- Driving project planning feasibility feedback to the cross-functional gate team (based on tire development teams & plant industrialization capacity) for any new project presented through the Product Creation Process.
- Ensuring best feasible development & industrialization release plan to meet on-time delivery for start of supply.
- Collaborating closely with Technical Project Managers to drive timing risk analysis of coming product releases.
- Generate monthly reporting on OMC key performance indicators.
- Supporting continuous improvement and lean processes aligned globally.

In a customer-oriented environment, you will act as Operations Representative, interacting with the different R&D functions, Regional Quality NPI and Enterprise Project Managers.

**To join our team you will need:
**Education**:
You should have a university degree in Business Administration or Engineering or a relevant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Planning

Languages:
You are fluent in English.

**Experience**:
You have 4 to 6 years’ experience in product development or in operational / manufacturing environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Team Player and self-accountable.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills. Process minded.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Ability to work on several parallel tasks
