We are looking for a Service Now IT Program Manager.
You will be required to be the Program Manager of the ServiceNow platform, with a team of more than 10 people to manage.
Missions: Program management
- Define projects with objectives to be achieved, deliverables, resource allocations
- Regularly monitor projects (on scope, on time, on budget, on risk).
- Take constraints into account: non-project work (run), audit recommendations
- Manage program progress meetings
- Manage and motivate program teams
- Ensure that documentation is regularly updated Management of relations with program stakeholders
- Exchange regularly with internal IT teams involved in ServiceNow projects
- Exchange regularly with Reporting suppliers
- Regularly present the progress of the program to the ServiceNow Communication & Change Management Steering Group
- Promote the ServiceNow platform to its users
- Support users in the adoption of the ServiceNow Budget Management platform
- Define and monitor the annual program budget. Strategic view
- Regularly review the ServiceNow program strategy and its Skills roadmap:
- Program / Project Management: 5 years (Compulsory)
- English and French (Compulsory)
- Bac +3 minimum (preferred) 2/2
- Confirmed experience on the ServiceNow platform, with particular emphasis on the ITSM part.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL v3 and certification.
- Understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Experience in developing strategic visions
- Experience in delivering results
- Have assertive leadership.
- Experience in multi-site and multi-cultural environments is essential,
- Experience in managing and leading relationships with partners/suppliers.
