Branch Investment Oversight Analyst Asset

**Summary**:
In this role as a Branch Oversight Analyst, you will be involved in the day to day life of a complex portfolio of UCITS and AIF funds, looking at Distribution, but also Investments activities. You will report to the Head of Distribution and to a Conducting Officer and work closely with other team members (board of Directors, Portfolio Managers, etc ).
**Some of the duties include**:
- Oversight of 5 branches distributing funds;
- Participate to the creation of the oversight function for the 6th new branch;
- Review the branches and investment activities;
- Oversight of distribution: making sure it is compliant with the regulation, still within the scope of the CSSF license, ensuring risk assessments are being performed;
- Maintain procedures for new activities;
- Oversee the activity looking at the license scope (for Asset and Portfolio management for Real Assets, as well as Portfolio Management for Liquid market);
- Review and challenge the answers to the annual due diligence questionnaires;
- Work on various projects within the company.
**Key requirements**:
- Minimum of 4 years in similar functions;
- **Fluent in English, **French is a plus;
- Experience working with UCITS/AIF funds;
- Ideally CFA qualified;
- Take initiatives, possesses great communication skills, hands-on.
