This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the team dedicated to support the distribution of the funds managed by Groupe La Française and affiliates. Based in **Luxembourg **, you will contribute to the effective functioning of the **legal, compliance, data and registration team **and enhance your education skills by an in-house experience to help you further your career. We would like to occupy this position as soon as possible.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Abroad registration and maintenance of the funds of the Asset Managers of the La Française Group and affiliates
- Registration of Luxembourg and French funds outside their country of domicile and maintenance of registration for the full range of the Asset Managers of the La Française Group and affiliates marketed by LFFS
- Point of contact for the external suppliers in charge of the registration and the maintenance
- User of the software e-file and other software system
- Allocation and approval of the invoices in relation to registration and maintenance
- Support the Sales Team in the understanding of the registration requirements in new markets
- Implementing of clear written procedures/operating modes adapted related to the registration and maintenance
- Provides with financial data for the preparation of the budget
- Participate to the improvements of the process of registration and maintenance

**Profil**
- Being an advanced and current student in law or finance (minimum M1)
- Strong interest in Finance/Asset Management business
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Effective communication (written and oral) in English and French
- Able to cope with different in
- and external software and platforms
- Capacity to facilitate transversal relationship and to manage several topics with a hands-on mentality and being structured and organized
- A reliable character with the tendency to accuracy and the ability to work under pressure
- Being a team player and showing initiative, being service-oriented while demonstrating integrity and respect
