**Mission - Tasks**
This role requires experience in operating in a complex environment and significant knowledge of the Banking regulatory landscape. It combines a client-focused approach with analytical skills and result oriented thinking.

The consultant will work in a multidisciplinary team within Agile organization. As a Customer Journey Expert, the consultant will:

- Identify business needs, balancing them together with the Product Owner
- Create or fine-tune business rules for mappings between local and central databases
- Perform testing before each release
- Help reaching high data quality standards together with other squads
- Contribute to process streamlining
- Provide user support daily and contribute to change management for teams based both in Luxembourg and abroad

**Skills**
The Consultant will have the following skills:
Technical skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Economics / Finance / Computer Science / Business Management
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry, preferably as a Business analyst and/or within an Operational department
- Experience, knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) policies for financial institutions is a plus
- Fluent in English and French
- Any additional languages will be considered as an asset

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
