**TECHNICIENS PROCESS H/F**
- Missions_
- Assurer les réglages, contrôler, et mettre en production les unités de fabrications en garantissant un
fonctionnement optimal en fonction de la performance définie ;
- Superviser les installations et effectuer les paramétrages;
- Contrôler et gérer les tests de qualité automatisés ;
- Analyser les causes de dysfonctionnements des process ;
- Proposer des solutions correctives afin d’améliorer leur fiabilité en coordination avec les services
maintenance, production et méthodes et industrialisation ;
- Constituer des rapports et suivre les indicateurs de gestion de la production ;
- Formaliser les procédures et les actions d’amélioration de productivité.
Formations / expériences
- Diplôme de l’enseignement supérieur en DUT Génie mécanique et productique / BTS Electrotechnique
- Expérience réussie de 2 ans dans un poste équivalent en industrie souhaitée.
- Compétences requises_
- Connaissances des systèmes automatisés et conduite de robots ;
- Connaissances des outils d’analyse / d’amélioration ;
- Maitrise des outils bureautiques et SAP ;
- Expérience en milieu automobile appréciée ;
- Connaissance de l’anglais et/ou de l’allemand est un atout ;
- Toute connaissance ou expérience dans le domaine de l’injection plasturgie constitue un réel avantage.
