Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het verstrekken van fiscale adviezen aan onze binnenlandse en internationale cliënten;
- Het aanbieden en implementeren van fiscaal efficiënte structuren en strategieën;
- Actief deelnemen aan het opstellen, beoordelen en onderhandelen van documentatie;
- Het onderhouden van contacten met cliënten, buitenlandse kantoren en belastingautoriteiten;
- actief zijn in de ontwikkeling van sterke cliëntenrelaties met een focus op de uitmuntendheid van de gevraagde diensten;
- Deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling van onze praktijk;
- betrokken zijn bij het delen van kennis.
**Profile**
Vereiste ervaring en vaardigheden:
- Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring, niveau Associate of Senior Associate.
- ervaring in Luxemburg met een voorkeur voor een generalistische ervaring in een advocatenkantoor of Big 4
- Toelating tot de balie;
- Master in Business/Economy of/en Fiscaal recht;
- Frans als moedertaal en vloeiend Engels, Duits of Luxemburgs is een pluspunt;
- Het vermogen om zelfgemotiveerd, georganiseerd en pragmatisch te zijn en onder druk te presteren;
- sterke kwantitatieve en analytische vaardigheden en vaardigheden op het gebied van probleemoplossing en tijdbeheer;
- uitstekende organisatorische en algemene communicatievaardigheden.
**Aanbod**
Een vast contract bij een wereldwijd en dynamisch advocatenkantoor. Zij adviseren cliënten over marktleidende transacties in belangrijke sectoren, waaronder banken, verzekeringen, vermogensbeheer, farmaceutica, olie, energie en vastgoed.
