Otis développe son activité et recherche un Support Field (H/F/X) pour intégrer une de nos entités situées à Luxembourg.
L’activité proposée consiste au support et à la planification des opérations sur les chantiers concernant les activités de modernisation et de vente neuve. Grâce à vos connaissances reconnues de la technique, vous soutenez le chantier en apportant des solutions mais aussi votre expertise.
Votre soutien aux divers services lors d’établissements d’offres et de réalisations de projets permet une meilleure gestion des chantiers mais aussi un développement de solutions optimales en matière de modernisation en coordination notamment avec notre département sales.
Du fait de votre savoir, vous dispensez également de la formation sur site aux personnes concernées afin d’optimiser les processus en place.
Le suivi et résolution de problèmes ainsi que l’évolution des produits font également partie de vos tâches. Pour se faire, vous serez amené à travailler régulièrement avec nos usines.
**Responsabilités**
Au sein de l’équipe, vos principales missions seront:
- Prise de mesures sur chantier
- Suivi des travaux
- Assistance technique opérationnelle et logicielle
- Suivi de l’évolution des produits et de leur méthode d’installation
- Chiffrage précis des différents postes des projets « hors standard » (matériaux, matériels, humains...)
- Négociation avec fournisseurs et sous-traitants
- Création et suivi des commandes complémentaires afin d’améliorer la marge des projets
Vous serez en interaction quotidienne avec les équipes Modernisation et Vente Neuve afin d’établir un suivi des dossiers et priorités.
**Profil**:
- Vous êtes issu(e) d’un diplôme Bac+2 et vous disposez d’une expérience avérée depuis plus de 5 ans dans le domaine des ascenseurs.
- Professionnel(le) engagé(e), la sécurité est votre priorité
- Faire preuve de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale, tant en anglais qu’en français, afin de développer efficacement les attentes et les relations avec les clients internes et externes.
