**Client Support Analyst (M/F)**

Our Client Support Team as part of the Deutsche Bank Luxembourg International Private Bank Operations (IPB) Department is specialized in providing suited solutions to internal business partners and external counterparties.

As member of a highly specialized IPB-Operations Team, you have to ensure flexibility and a customized Work-Processes in order to accomplish and assume various Responsibilities, including the following
- Payment Services for incoming payment and investigations
- Setting up and execution of trailer fees
- Credit Card Management incl. billing
- Vault transactions for gold certificate, client safes and teller processing
- Scanning / Archiving of internal and external documents
- Account inquiries in case of embargoes/ sanctions or external requests

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor degree in any discipline or relevant working experience in a client/payment services department
- Ability to adapt new tasks, regulatory and IT environment
- Fluent in German and English, French is considered as an additional benefit
- Excellent skills with respect to MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate a sense of responsibility and to work independently
- Good communication skills, out
- and inwardly, pro-active attitude, service oriented and positive minded
