- EU resident/ holder of a valid Luxembourgish work permit.
Mission
As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in relation to the company’s worldwide licensing, contract manufacturing, and distribution of pharmaceutical products. This is a cross-functional position, supporting multiple departments and engaging with key players in the pharmaceutical B2B sector.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining quality standards, promoting a quality mindset, and driving continuous improvement across company operations.
Main responsibilities
- Ensure daily activities comply with company and Menarini Group procedures.
- Manage quality complaints related to the company’s product portfolio.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the local Quality Management System (QMS), including SOP development, documentation review, and record-keeping.
- Define and review quality/technical agreements related to the manufacturing and/or distribution of active substances or medicinal products.
- Review commercial agreements to ensure compliance with applicable regulation.
- Serve as a contact point for affiliates, third parties, and internal departments on quality-related matters.
Profil recherché
Technical skills
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy or in Life Sciences (a degree in Pharmacy is preferred) issued by an EU member state.
- 3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance gained within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of EU GMP and/or EU GDP regulation and related Quality Management System (QMS).
- Experience in wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical products under EU GDP regulations.
- Experience in managing pharmaceutical quality/technical agreements.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
