**Responsibilities**:
- _Investment Support_ - Coordinate with teams in New York/London, Luxembourg legal and compliance team in the preparation of deal closings, repatriation of cash, cash flow projections, legal actions, substance improvements of the Luxembourg entities and co-ordinate any activity between the directors, deal team members, advisors and other stakeholders. Act as a board member of certain Luxembourg entities.
- _Financial Accounting and Reporting_ - overall responsible for finance deliverables for Lux entities in your portfolio (accounting, tax compliance, reporting, audits). Liaise with professional services providers to get the accounting records updated regularly. Coordinate the preparation of the annual accounts of Luxembourg entities, review and present them to the Luxembourg board.
- _Cash Management_ - liaise with internal tax, treasury, corporate teams and external counsel and tax advisors to prepare distribution and funding memorandums for your portfolio of entities on a regular basis. Coordinate payments processing within and for the investment structure (monitor daily transactions, process payments for funding and distribution memos, monitor intercompany loan balances and maintenance of liquidity forecast for the entities within the investment structure. Provide oversight of accounts payable and general liquidity.
- _Tax_ - Liaise with internal tax department and external tax advisors on the selection and implementation of appropriate structures relating to each assigned investment. Work closely with internal tax team to manage the preparation and submission of Luxembourg corporate tax returns, VAT returns (for a limited number of entities).
**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:
- Master’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance with a Post Master (CPA, ACCA)
- 10 years of relevant experience with solid experience on Luxembourg market
- Experience in deal closing, debt restructurings, deal exits at an asset management firm or at a Luxembourg-based professional services provider
- Experienced in managing unregulated structures with investments in European Private Equity, Real Estate or Credit assets (Master Luxcos, HoldCos, PropCos etc.)
- Strong understanding of Luxembourg tax environment and compliance obligations of Luxembourg companies
- Strong English oral and written skills (German and/or French a plus)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Knowledge of accounting software Sage BOB 50 is considered as an advantage
- Positive, proactive, collaborative attitude and able to work well with colleagues across time zones around the globe
