As **Store Manager**, you are not just responsible for store operations—you are also an active part of the team You will welcome and guide customers through their **wellness journey**, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our treatments. Alongside managing the daily store operations, you will also participate in the treatments, oversee sales, and build a loyal customer base.

**Tasks**
- **Lead and develop** your team while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- **Personally welcome and assist customers**, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed about our longevity treatments.
- Guide clients to their **cryotherapy, red light therapy, dry floating, and lymphatic drainage treatments**, providing a premium experience.
- **Actively participate in store operations**, from reception to service coordination.
- Manage daily store activities, including scheduling, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Develop strategies to **increase customer engagement, sales, and retention**.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs, ensuring a smooth and successful store operation.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and maintain a high standard of service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **store management, retail leadership, or wellness/hospitality management**.
- **Suitable backgrounds** include: Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Spa Manager, Wellness Consultant, Beauty Therapist, Physiotherapist, Medical Assistant, Fitness Trainer, Sales Manager, or similar customer-facing roles.
- A passion for **health, wellness, and longevity**.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Hands-on mentality—**you lead by example and actively participate in daily operations**.
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- **Fluent in English and French** (German is a plus).
