For our department _Safety GH_** **within **LuxairServices**, we are looking for a (an):
**_Airport Services Safety Manager_**
**_Main duties:_**
- Actively involved in the development and update of the Safety / Risk Management System;
- Report regularly to the management on safety events and safety performance;
- Perform safety investigations for events under the BU’s responsibility; plan, develop and monitor the corrective / preventative actions introduced;
- Collects data with the aim of analyzing trends, recurring safety events and the safety performance against SPI;
- Liaise with the training team for safety related training;
- Participate, arrange and lead safety meetings, involving external stakeholders (airport, airlines, authorities, etc.) as necessary;
- Promote safety topics, by using appropriate communication tools and by leading safety campaigns;
- Take part in internal and external safety related projects.
**_Required profile:_**
**_Minimum required criteria:_**
- Be holder of a bachelor degree (Bac + 3) or equivalent;
- Good knowledge of safety management regulations (EASA, ICAO, IOSA);
- Previous experience in Safety Management Systems and risk management;
- Previous work experience in safety, compliance, quality control;
- Experience in handling operations;
- PC user skills at advanced level (MS Office);
- Good presentation skills;
- Data analysis and statistics skills;
- Ability to work autonomously with great attention to details;
- Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Show excellent communication skills in English and French (spoken and written).
**_ Desired or to be acquired criteria:_**
- On-the-job training according to the training plan.
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish or any other language.
