Executive Assistant to The Coo of Arcelormittal

**Main mission is assisting the chief operating officer (COO) in the following areas**:
- Prepare, consolidate and release required information, analysis, presentations for recurring meetings, such as weekly reports, CEO(s) seminars, BAR (Business Area Reviews), strategic and operations meetings.
- Support in the preparation of multi-year strategy and turnaround plan.
- Support and advises the COO in decision-making in the areas of budget, profitability and performance.
- Establish and optimise operational processes and best practices, by acting as trusted liaison between the COO and the internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and facilitating open lines of communication.
- Implement and develop organisational systems and update data in reporting tools for internal benchmark purposes.
- Actively contribute to transversal projects, such as:
- Digitalisation - in coordination with the segment IT organisation.
- CO2-free steelmaking, Responsible Steel certifications, XCarb - in alignment with the segment CTO organisation and the central marketing organisation.
- Support and organise events: CEO(s) seminars, CEO(s) offsite meetings.
The EA to the COO will work closely with the CEOs of the upstream plants of ArcelorMittal Europe - Long Products and is the focal point on important information and on the key projects’ follow-up.
**Required profile**:
- Multitasking, excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Be true team player with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of any other language is considered as an asset.
- Main job location: Luxembourg; willingness and availability to travel frequently (potentially more than 50% of work schedule)
