**Operating Network**:
The Lending Middle Office unit covers EIB’s post-contract signature lending activities and business planning.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Lending Middle Office unit and closely collaborating with IT
teams and internal business customers.
**What will you do?**:
- You lead and inspire other people to grow, with your team player mind-set and leadership abilities
- You focus on results with a self-driven and can-do attitude
- You work closely together with the business owner to define the vision and roadmap and clarify user requirements
- You lead a cross-functional software development team to achieve objectives and ensure end-user satisfaction
- You are responsible for the complete software development lifecycle including the analysis, design, implementation, and testing
- You monitor your team performance and work on continuously improving it
**Qualifications**:
- University degree preferably in computer science or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant experience to the role of which, at least 2 years working in an agile banking software product team and at least 2 years working as a business analyst
- Excellent knowledge of agile and project management principles, methods and practices. A PMP or Prince2 certification would be an advantage
- Knowledge of financial products (e.g. loans, guarantees, equity) would be an advantage
- Understanding of DevOps would be an advantage
- Fluent in English and/or French(*), with a good knowledge of the other. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.
