Amazon is looking for a talented, smart, and enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to focus on managing part of the Softlines Private Brands product family under Amazon Essentials in Europe. Private Brands is a long-term growth opportunity for Amazon. You will need to: - Understand market segment trends and landscape for your category to create strategic and immediate operating plans for your category - Have a strong grasp of P&L input levers - Thrive in ambiguous work environments - Be a smart, hard-working and creative person who loves products, loves solving difficult problems and "getting it done" - Be comfortable collaborating and influencing team members including retail, sourcing, legal, patent and product compliance - Have strong project management abilities to drive scalable initiatives on behalf of the private brands business Key job responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for delivering: - Top and bottom line growth for the categories under your remit - Creating a data-driven long-term roadmap for each category - Identifying new product development opportunities and current products in need of refresh - Driving the success of new product launches About the team Amazon Private Brands’ (APB) mission is to make every day better with the most trusted products on the planet.
