Product Strategy Manager

**The POSITION | About YOU**:
We are looking for a Product Strategy Manager (minimum 3 years' experience) to define product priorities for our LYNKS bank & account connectivity platform and other product lines through discovery with internal stakeholders, partner companies, and industry bodies. This role involves high-level descriptions, potential analysis, feature prioritisation, regulatory watch, competition benchmarking (professional payments, PSD3/FIDA, KYC/AML), and managing bank partnerships for connectivity and feature distribution. Experience in B2B/interbank payment processes, liquidity management, and API/FinTech platforms is advantageous. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and understanding SaaS platform architecture are considered assets.

- ** Product Strategy**: Contribute to the elaboration, definition, and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our LYNKS bank & account management platform and other product lines
- ** Product Discovery**: Conduct product discovery with internal and external stakeholders, converting needs and ideas into detailed product specifications and feature priorities
- ** Strategic Backlog Management**: Create and maintain a strategic product backlog, prioritising features and initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, build consensus, and maintain transparent communication channels
- ** Regulatory and Compliance Monitoring**: Conduct regulatory watch and competition benchmarking to ensure compliance and stay ahead of industry changes
- ** Bank Partnership Programme Management**:Manage relationships with new and existing banks for connectivity and feature distribution partnerships

What we expect from you _**
- You hold a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree**:

- ** 3+ years of relevant experience** in product/project/relationship management and/or coordination roles**, **ideally in a similar context (SaaS product with UI, payment product)
- Ability to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing pipeline in product development workflow (with Jira, Trello or similar tools)
- Experience in **communicating with banks** and financial industry stakeholders, understanding their perspectives, needs and goals
- Proficiency with **diagramming/mock-up tools** (Visio, Draw.io, Balsamiq or similar) is considered an asset
- ** Exceptional communication **and **interpersonal skills**, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Languages: (**Very) good command of English** with solid **writing skills is a must**, French would be an asset
- Desire to work in a **fast-paced** innovation-driven company, working with the company’s founders, with a genuine accountability for tasks and projects
