**Responsibilities**:

- Support the senior compliance manager/RC
- Provide guidance on compliance and regulatory matters
- Assist in policy drafting and training sessions
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance monitoring
- Generate reports and review transactions
- Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in law, business administration, or finance
- 2+ years of compliance experience in financial services/funds industry
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English (French is a plus)
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
