**Your missions**

As Legal Counsel - German Commercial & Corporate Law, you will:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts supporting the Group’s operations across Europe, with a strong focus on procurement, construction, sales, and service agreements.
- Provide comprehensive legal support to business units regarding commercial matters, including risk assessment and dispute resolution.
- Deliver legal advice on matters related to German law.
- Offer guidance on strategies for mitigating commercial risks.
- Carry out additional responsibilities aligned with the scope of the role.

**Your ideal profile**
- German law degree (minimum of four years of legal studies), ideally complemented by a postgraduate qualification such as a Master’s in Law or an LL.M. in commercial/business law from a recognized law school or top-tier university.
- Minimum of 5 years' legal experience, preferably gained in a law firm or within the legal department of an industrial company, with a clear focus on commercial and contract law.
- Demonstrated expertise in German law, EU regulations, and international commercial law. Familiarity with common law systems, especially English contract law, is highly desirable. Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German. Proficiency in French and/or Luxembourgish is advantageous, though not essential.
- Highly autonomous with a proactive mindset, excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, and the utmost integrity and discretion. A sound sense of commercial judgment and well-developed interpersonal skills are essential, along with a collaborative, team-oriented approach when working with internal stakeholders across departments (sales, procurement, finance, marketing).
