**What you will be working on**:
As an Employee Engagement specialist. You will have the opportunity to support one of our business functions leading/supporting different initiatives related to employee experience, such as onboarding of new employees, culture surveys, retention, traineeship, engagement, etc.
The role tasks include but are not limited to:
- Be the main point of contact for the Employees after their contract signature: communication, creating the sense of belonging prior to arrival
- Facilitate the onboarding process: prepare newcomers' arrival from a communication and a career management perspective
- Analyze the engagement data to understand the trends and key predictors that drive strong culture and engagement, and use this data to prioritize areas of opportunity
- Work hand in hand with the Management / Leadership & Talent Business Partner to make recommendations on Employee Experience improvement based on data & feedback collected through: Onboarding satisfaction surveys, face to face meetings with newcomers, exit interviews, culture surveys, etc.
- Monitor the end of internship process: capturing the feedback, driving end-of-internship discussions, coordinating offers with the Talent Attraction & Sourcing Team
- Create and cultivate employee engagement initiatives (e.g. wellness program, diversity and wellbeing topics & trainings,...)
- Responsible for driving a culture of recognition across the business through developing and deploying program communication, program training, coaching managers on the importance of recognition as well as how to use the formal program, and other means, to recognize employees for their contribution
**What we look for**
- Someone who has a strong enthusiasm and interest for the topics around Employee Experience
- Someone very motivated who also displays a strong ownership and team spirit
- Someone with a great sense of priorities and attention to detail
- Someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Fluent English speaker(French will be considered as an asset)
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Management, HR Management or similar fields.
