**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Authoring legal advice to clients;
- Drafting and negotiating contracts;
- Contributing to marketing materials for investment funds;
- Drafting legal documents including financial services contracts and investment fund prospectuses, private placement memoranda and offering memoranda, and legal publications;
- Consolidating your knowledge of investment funds law and market practice in European and non-European jurisdictions;
- Taking an active role in fund governance and company secretarial matters (e.g. fund board meetings).
- Giving presentations on new developments in investment funds law.
**About You**
- You will be a Liste I lawyer
- You will have two to five years’ experience in Luxembourgish investment funds law
- You will have experience of going ‘above and beyond’ for clients
- You will be able to thrive with varied tasks under pressure;
- You will have leadership qualities and a track record of creating new opportunities
- You will have an open mind and willingness to learn more about foreign law and market practice;
- You will possess a strong sense of duty and responsibility;
- You will be naturally conscientious, loyal and meticulous;
- You will be emotionally mature and confident in dealing with other team members and clients;
- You will bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to the job;
- You will be confident in using MS Office products.
- You will be fluent in English;
- You might have a keen interest in technology and software.
