In order to support one of our clients, **a large and famous European Public Institution in Luxembourg**, we are looking for a **Cisco Unified Communications Administrator.**

**Description du poste**:

- Your tasks will be related to design, configuration and management of the client's unified communications infrastructure.
- Provision of expert advice and assistance, architectural considerations, risk analysis, gap analysis, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices respectively in Unified communications areas
- Provision of technical studies
- Elaboration of design documentation, with consultation with stakeholders
- Elaboration of vision documents focused upon IT components
- Deliver the design, installation and configuration of these technologies
- Operate IT services according to agreed service levels, ITSM best practices, internal policies and procedures
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level of technical support
- Creation and testing of standard operational procedures - backups, restore, monitoring etc.

**Profil recherché**:
**Your Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years of professional experience in Network, Network and Security or Unified communications administration. In-depth knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in unified communications administration (configuration, deployment);
- Maintaining and organization/enterprise unified communications, with knowledge of standard monitoring and management tools; or maintaining and monitoring medium size enterprise unified communication solutions (Voice and Video).
- Knowledge of security standards applicable to software architecture and development, identify and access management;
- Proven experience with Cisco WebEx, onsite call management platforms (Like cisco CUCM), UC integration with cloud providers (M365 for example) is an advantage
- English - proficient communication skills, orally and writing
