**Key responsibilities and outputs**
- Act as the primary Group Flat Roof functional point of contact for Budgeting and Reporting
- Maintain and develop Flat roof raw materials pricing and volume databases, fit for negotiations and optimization purposes.
- Perform regular and ad-hoc market analyses to support Category Strategy
- Support the category managers in key operational processes:

- Input to country S&OP teams
- Monthly and weekly planning with factories
- Contract setup in ERP
- Volume nomination to supplier / contract compliance / optimization
- Management of Raw Materials Toll Processing via S/4 HANA
- Bitumen transport contracts management
- Support the Development and roll out of a Flat roof TCO optimization tool in coordination with Technical Centre and Industrials

**_ Specific Year 1 goals_**
- Develop clear understanding of the key raw materials markets (Bitumen, SBS, Reinforcements).
- Demonstrate mastery in utilization of the existing databases and optimization tools
- Establish Him/Herself as credible focal point towards stakeholders for all Flat Roof reporting matters
- Support effectively S4/HANA remediation team

**Knowledge & Skills required**
- Education: University degree (science, logistics, economics or related)
- Work Experience: a first experience in commodity trading business, and one to two years of ERP user experience would be a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English (oral and written). German would be a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills, and attention to details
- Advanced command of MS Office, or similar tools (G Suite), and ERP systems (SAP).
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of the business affecting the bitumen sourcing process
- Strong time management and organizational skills, and ability to deliver with tight deadlines.
- Strong appetite for problem solving.
