We are seeking an exceptional Implementation Security Officer to join their team and play a vital role in safeguarding their operations.
**Position Overview**:
As the Implementation Security Officer, you will serve as the first line of defense in our client's security architecture. Your expertise will be crucial in managing IT security processes, project management, and data security implementations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the organization’s data and infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **IT Security Management**: Oversee the implementation of security protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or PCI-DSS.
- **User Access Management**: Administer user access rights and privileges using access management solutions (e.g., IAM systems) to protect sensitive information against unauthorized access.
- **Audit and Compliance**: Analyze audit findings, develop actionable mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **System Monitoring and Response**: Utilize SIEM tools to monitor system activity, detect security incidents, and respond promptly to threats and vulnerabilities.
- **Firewall and Network Security**: Design, configure, and manage firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) to safeguard network integrity. Deep understanding of firewall technologies, including stateful, stateless, and next-generation firewalls.
- **Incident Response and Reporting**: Develop and implement incident response plans, conduct post-incident analysis, and generate reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- **Security Training and Awareness**: Lead security training initiatives to promote a culture of security awareness within the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, with a strong emphasis on security implementation and management.
- Proven experience in user access management, identity and access management (IAM), and privileged access management (PAM).
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, audit processes, and mitigation strategies.
- Experience with server systems (Windows, Linux) and storage solutions (SAN, NAS).
- Excellent managerial and communication skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus solutions, and encryption methods.
- CDI (Contrat à Durée Indéterminée) status.
**What We Offer**:
