Key Responsibilities
- Your role will consist in particular of advising clients on all matters in the areas of civil law, commercial law and labour law, both on the advisory side and on the pre-litigation and litigation side.
You will also be expected to initiate, build and maintain effective client relationships.
- We deal with a variety of topics such as civil liability, leases, banking law, business transfers, shareholder disputes, restructurings and dismissals.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- We are looking for an individual who is a qualified lawyer registered with the Luxembourg Bar and who has a minimum of 6 months of professional experience in the fields of civil and commercial litigation in a law firm in Luxembourg
- You will need to have an interest in Luxembourg contract law, commercial and corporate law, labour law and real estate law
- Excellent French and English language skills are essential (written and spoken). Ferman and Luxembourgish language skills are beneficial The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively- You will need to be open-minded, autonomous, flexible and able to work in an active and well-organized manner in a dynamic and demanding environment.
