**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing the treasury and banking activities of the global organization with focus in EMEA region.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of cash flows and liquidity, including inter-company funding and repatriation strategies.
- Partner with banks regarding required documents to open, maintain, and close bank accounts and obtain appropriate approvals.
- Keeps current with market trends and demands. Evaluate and implement new banking products and services as needed.
- Support Treasury Management System implementation to optimize efficiencies.
- Support derivatives and hedging program.
- Identifies areas for improvement and participates in the strategic planning for the global treasury function.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with all regulation relating to job duties.
- Assist with other activities such as Internal & External Audit requests, creating & updating department policies and procedures, support new business expansion
- Other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education and Experience
- Required a Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance
- Preferred a Master's Degree in a related field
- Preferred a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
- 5+ years of experience in treasury function; international public manufacturing company seen as plus
- Knowledge of treasury operations, risk management, banking industries and payment networks
- Experience using Treasury Management Systems and/or banking software.
- Previous experience working in or partnering with corporate tax functions preferred
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Financial modeling experience with good working knowledge of databases.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with internal and external parties
- Thrive in a fast-paced, forward moving environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
