**Your role - UX/UI Designer**:
**Your Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement **innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience**.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.

Enrich and promote our **Design System**, best practices, and standards (ensure consistency of customer experience across channels and devices).

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize customer journeys and design process.

Carry out **audits of existing web pages** or digital interfaces, assess the level of criticality of the identified problems and recommend solutions.

Test, measure and optimize deliverables continuously - you will be responsible for the usability of new digital features launched.

**Profile and skills**:
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or another related field.

Proven UX/UI design experience (min 4 years) with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe, or similar tools.

Understanding of basic front-end languages (e.g.,HTML, CSS & Javascript)

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in both French and English.
