In direkter Berichtslinie zu unserem CFO verantwortest du alle Bilanzierung, Buchhaltung und Steuer Themen von FRIDAY. - Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB, Lux
- und French-GAAP, IFRS Standards sowie der Solvenzbilanzen nach Solvency II
- Festlegung von Standards, Prozessen und Tools für den Bereich Bilanzierung, Buchhaltung und Steuern
- Sicherstellung eines effektiven internen und externen Berichtswesens sowie der Genauigkeit gelieferter Daten und Reports
- Steuerung aller steuerrelevanten Sachverhalte, Erstellung von Steuererklärungen sowie Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen
- Erstellung von Analysen für betriebswirtschaftliche Entscheidungen und deren Ergebnisauswirkung
- Leitung und Mentoring der Mitarbeiter des Teams bei der Bearbeitung und Abbildung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle des Bereichs
- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Stakeholdern aus IT und Business sowie mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern, Banken und Finanzbehörden

Du bringst Folgendes mit
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Rechnungswesen / Steuern oder vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie mindestens fünf Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bilanzierung / Wirtschaftsprüfung / Steuerberatung
- Detaillierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Bilanzierung nach Lokal (HGB, Lux, IFRS Rechnungslegung und im ideal Fall Solvency II Kenntnisse)
- Führungserfahrung, als unternehmerisch denkender und handelnder Manager
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Betriebsprüfern, Finanzbehörden und Banken
- Ausgeprägte analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Prozess
- und Kundenorientierung
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und proaktive, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Überzeugungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Verbindung mit Deutsch oder Französisch runden dein Profil ab.
