**Library Information Officer (M/F)**:
**Your role**:
- Recording information and participating in the updating of the library database
- Follow-up of borrowing and reminders
- Follow-up of orders, invoices, and budget
- Participation in legal research
- Carrying out a monthly editorial watch
- Participation in the training of new joiners, incl. e-learning development
- Maintaining our Intranet workspace up-to-date
- Participating in various knowledge and information projects (long-term legal research, legal watch, moving, etc.)
**Your profile**:
- Experience in library management (with at least 2-3 years of experience) and in database management (such as kentika)
- Legal research skills using specialised databases
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Perfect command of French and English, spoken and written
- Communicate effectively and keep staff informed in a timely manner
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise
- Strong team player, dynamic, autonomous and resilient
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of the firm
- Show commitment to the role.
