HI Partners is currently seeking a talented and dynamic Investment Advisor who is fluent in both French and Dutch to join a reputable firm in Luxembourg. As an Investment Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert investment advice and guidance to our clients in the Belgium market. **Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial objectives and providing personalized investment advice
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' financial profiles and risk tolerance to recommend suitable investment strategies
- Stay up to date with market trends, economic conditions, and investment products to offer informed recommendations
- Create customized investment portfolios and plans based on client needs and goals
- Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, making adjustments as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing account management
- Adhere to industry regulations and internal policies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related field
- Proven experience as an Investment Advisor or similar role
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus
