**Main duties and responsibilities**:
Join Kronospan, a fast-growing international industrial company, with more than 40 wood-based panel manufacturing sites all over the world, as one of our MDF Operators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor MDF production equipment and machinery
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Adjust machine settings as needed to meet product specifications
- Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively
- Follow strict health, safety, and environmental guidelines
- Record production data accurately and report any discrepancies
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines

**Requirements**:

Also, to be our future MDF Technician you must answer the following prerequisites:

- Proven experience in MDF production or wood-based panel manufacturing (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and production schedules;
- Have a good level of English or French, German is a plus;
- Know how to use the Pack Office;
- Have a Technical Degree;
- Have good technical knowledge;
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends if required.
